The Top 5 DVDs of training for weight loss

With DVDs of training for many in the market today, how exactly know what really help you with your weight loss efforts. If you've watched television lately, then you probably have seen several training programs and products everyone says different will help you lose weight quickly. Having tried several of these products before, here are the top 5 training DVDs I've found for losing weight.

5. Hip Hob Abs by Shaun T.
Hip Hop Abs is an excellent way to have fun while exercising. How can that evening dancing while slimming the waist. Hip Hop Abs does a good job of slimming down the waist and helps with weight loss all too. Buffs advanced fitness Hip Kitchen may find that Abs can begin to be too easy for them during a period of time. Weighted gloves can add to your workout if you wish. I recommend this type of training DVD for beginners and intermediates who want to have fun while training.

4. 10 Minute Trainer Tony Horton
I like the 10th minute DVDs coach training because being a mother and have a job to work from home, some days I have no more than 10-15 minutes to get a workout in. With 10 minutes Trainer workouts are only 10 minutes, but will be offered a vigorous workout that is as good as some other 30 minute workout DVDs. Recommend 10 Minute Trainer for anyone who thinks that does not have time to exercise in.

3. Slim in 6 by Debbie Siebers
If you are looking to lose weight and really get their weight loss goals, then we recommend you visit the Slim in 6 workout DVDs. The workouts are strategically planned to maximize performance of your workouts. They are easy to follow and you will be amazed at the results of weight loss in the first two weeks.

2. P90X by Tony Horton
P90X program is not easy, but you'll see results if you stick with it. P90X I do not recommend for beginners or those who are complacent with their workouts. These training DVD's commitment to take exercise to carry them out. Do not get me wrong, you will see amazing results for their efforts to lose weight, but these DVDs are not easy, by any means. I recommend P90X for the person who has already lost 30 pounds and only the last 15 pounds more or less to lose. These training DVD you push beyond your limits to shed the extra weight to get your body toned and tight.

1. Turbo Jam by Chalene Johnson
Turbo Jam is a fun and exciting workout that burns fat in your body in no time. Turbo Jam helped me lose a lot of weight after having two children. These exercises are easy DVD to learn and best of all fun. It is not easy, but you can easily go at their own pace to the first start. You will notice a dramatic difference in the waist and hips of the whole body shaking that goes on in training. If you are looking to lose weight and really want to enjoy exercise, then you definitely want check out Turbo Jam.

There are tons of different exercise DVDs that claim to be the fastest and best way to lose weight. If you want to practice demonstrated that have been tested and tried, then check out the DVS recommended, especially Turbo Jam.
