Looking For A No BS Panasonic TC-P50C2 50-Inch 720p Plasma HDTV Review?
Panasonic TC-P50C2 50-Inch 720p Plasma Hdtv is the first Plasma TV which i have purchased and i also am delighted by using it. I wasn't willing to pay reduced to upgrade to 1080p resolution as well as the picture with this is very good plus I am not sure I'd have the ability to tell a difference between 780p and 1080p from where my couch would be to the tv. Besides everyone which includes seen it has complimented me around the picture which I think is a great sign with the picture quality. In addition , it works very nicely with my Panasonic blu-ray home theatre given that they both speak to the other person and you can control the sound for this using either remote.
Also if you don't are interested an optical cable for audio it can still get sent in the tv to the blu-ray player using ARC technology through the same hdmi that is sending video for the Panasonic TC-P50C2 50-Inch 720p Plasma HDTV (You simply need an ARC compatible player for this function doesn't need to be Panasonic).
My one complaint is the fact that this Panasonic Plasma HDTV only has 2 hdmi inputs. Today its not a problem because I've the blu ray home theater and satellite receiver connected via hdmi and my xbox 360 via component input but when I were to upgrade for an xbox which includes hdmi output I wouldn't hold the input for it. However I knew that planning and decided it would be a small concession to create because I did not desire to spend the extra money to attend the next class of plasmas which had more hdmi inputs.
Note: I saw someone else mention that the sound quality of this tv isn't excellent. I can't comment on that because I am while using the aforementioned home theatre speakers for audio.
