I'm building another PC - Need input on technical specifications that together ...?
Here are the specs, and if you have any sugesstions let me know. Ideally, I would not mind using a box HTPC (home theater case), but I'm sure the air flow and cooling efficiency compared with an area of hunger in half / full tower. !!!!! you are a crazy ass. where on earth you can get a lot of money to ??!!?!! However, some advice. 1. because it has two hard drives using RAID 0 is to be a high performance system? if so, it is recommended using two identical hard drives. same capacity and brand. work best. cause with RAID 0, the system is as fast as the slowest component. Hitachi Hard Drives has the fastest time searching, you may want to consider Samsung as well. I'm not a big fan of Western Digital bc are generally slower and often noisy. Seagate is good for their 5 Year Warranty, but it runs very hot. 2. processor. SHLD consider that the Core 2 Duo processors from Intel, which are really blowing the charts in all things, check out http://www23.tomshardware.com/cpu.html for graphics. The EX6800 is the better. since you have the money. or another way is to get a processor cheaper but overclock it. 3. as they are building a high-end computer player, you should get a mid tower case or total and perhaps invest in a system cooling water of good quality and you're damn expensive parts. 4. could up your RAM to DDR2 1000. do have those already. 5. DVD recorder. go with the Pioneer A10. his last. but for speed, Samsung only has a 18X DVD writer and damn cheap. ok. have fun build rich kid. you make me so jealous.
