DVD Players?

How do you check whether your DVD player plays either PAL or NTSC dvds (or both) without actually testing it with a dvd. I ask this because i am going to buy a dvd off ebay and not sure whether my dvd player can play it.

You should check on the specifications before you buy any DVD player.
Some do not play both PAL & NTSC.

well dear friend , let me know you that there is not much difference in the technology in the PAL/NTSC . its all about which one you got suggested.

but i can’t understand you as the general people even not knowing much of technical aspects , having so curiosity about the technical features . dear this will lead you to wrong selection, i am not telling it by chance but i have faced several such type of cases where my clients complaint similar to you.

now come to the point , you need not to worry about PAL and NTSC. there are many DVD players in the market which supports both. i think iconic DVD player is one that will definitely curb your all the doubts. as you have mentioned that you are going to buy DVD player from eBay . then here is the site .
