DVD players?
any suggestions on what brand of DVD player that I can get my daughter and her family for Christmas? They have 2 boys and the whole family loves to watch DVD's but theirs got into a horrible accident; while moving their ET center. Also am not up on DVD players so would also like to know; what is the must haves when getting one. And what things are just extra bells and whistles that someone could do without. Plus what kind of prices could I be looking at and any good suggestions where would be the best place to get one at? Thank you for your help.

I would just ask them.
get the ones that have all the plug ins on the front or side
Make sure you get one that can play all zones, that way dvds from which are purchased overseas will playback. I got Pioneer and it can even play Divx video files.
A dvd-upscaler would be nice feature if they have a HDTV. 1080i or 1080p dvd upscalers are available with the latter better if the tv can support full hd.
You can buy a Disney brand DVD player.
