Trying to do a small job with the DVD player TV in my RV. Audiovox TV has no video settings.?
The DVD player is connected to a coaxial RCA adapter. We hooked up, but can not make the DVD player to the TV. I think because there is no configuration video on the TV remote. My brother says we need a box of BF or something. I could not remember what it's called. The back of the TV has no place for plugs, coaxial cables only. Coby DVD player is a small with a remote control.
You need an RF modulator. You can get the Radio Shack or other electronics store. Connect the video of your DVD player in the modulator, and gives a signal on any TV channel 3 or 4 (selectable) on a coaxial output. Connect the modulator to the input of TV antenna and tune the TV channel. If your TV does not have a coaxial input (only screw heads two-wire), can get a transformer (called a "balun") to convert the two-wire coaxial cable.
