Build or buy a home theater?
Would it be better to buy a Bose system or buying names independent speakers and receiver? I know that Bose is of great quality but not involving the construction necisarily the thorny unit or a DVD player offering their systems, I just want the maximum flexibility in terms of inputs and outputs and the best quality obviously.

Ok, basically, I'm a big fan of Naruto episodes Shipppuuden and want to burn to DVD. My questions are as followed: What software is most favorable for DVD burning? (So if I put in a DVD player to the Audio Video meeting, because I have burned dvd in the past where some more DVD players new that works well, but in an old one the audio is like 3.1 seconds ahead) ^ must be able to convert the videos ^ but what software is most favorable for converting video files without losing trait? Spilt Cable Question - 5.7dB? - 3.5dB?
I have shed my cable of 2 ways.I I notice on the Monster 2-way spilters it says on the output: - 3.5 dB, and the 3 spilters road - 5.7dB? Can anyone tell me what this system? I would like to connect directly to food spilled strip "cable out" with a double male, or if the cable before entering spill guard surge / power conditioner as it has 3 inputs / outputs?

Can a home theater surround sound output names, near a single stereo input on the TV?
Hi, I have a 5:01 unsophisticated home surround sound theater system LG DVD. When I use a DVD that plays other names around using all 5 speakers and subwoofer. Unfortunately, however, when I play the TV through the system, I can only get two speakers to work. Is it because the individual system is getting a stereo input on the TV. If so, I would expect 'to scale' output as stereo and surround. Is this possible? The DVD is connected to the TV using a SCART cable. Thanks

This poses a problem because my current Phillips HTS (HTS3555) only has RCA inputs (analog). Is there a cheap converter cable or you can use to join the SPDIF output to the RCA input? If this can not be done, I was thinking of using the RCA output from my Direct TV box to the RCA inputs on the HTS heir. The problem with this is that television directly to the names of TV is via HDMI. Is there a path to configure systems to use HDMI for video only, which allows me to dance RCA to RCA TV Box HTS receiver directly? If you connected the RCA to RCA, which to transmit audio through HDMI and RCA?
