Digital TV: The New Golden Age of Television
On February 17, 2009, the Americans entered the era of Digital Television - ready or not.
On that date, the full power broadcast television stations will begin broadcasting only in the improvement of digital sound and picture quality, as well as taking into account stations offer multiple programming choices, called multicasting.

What do I need to get ready?
If you have an analog TV input and currently receive their television service through cable or satellite, will continue to receive their current stations without having to buy additional equipment. However, to receive, quality of full original digital signal, you may need to upgrade your system or get special equipment of your service provider. Just check with your cable or satellite for more details.
Note that if the service is performed by weather conditions or otherwise no longer be able to receive traditional TV channels without a digital tuner or analog Digital Converter box.
