Do not buy Blu-ray movies, rent them instead
We know you want to make the most of your new flat screen TV and spanking HD Ready new home theater system, but no sense in shelling out for a new Blu Ray movie, when it can only rent instead.
Page leading DVD rental services already have large selections of Blu-ray discs in stock. Some UK DVD rental sites compared, even if the true number Blu Ray titles you can rent from the various DVD rental sites.
A Blu-ray Disc is expensive to buy, roughly four times what they would pay for a Standard DVD, but if you rent online you will have to pay anything extra for the considerable benefits of Blu-ray Disc features, including detailed pictures extraordinary amazing color and vivid sound than ever.

A good example is the first Daniel Craig output as 007 in 'Casino Royale', which recently broke all records of high technology in North America with sales of 100,000 people in its first release as a Blue-ray disc.

Rent Blu-Ray, do not buy it
In due course, Blu-ray is likely to replace standard DVDs altogether, but it makes no sense at this time to get rid of your standard DVDs.
Since Blu-ray is still much more expensive to buy and probably will for a while, however, the smart choice for avid movie fans then is renting for now.
A spokesman for Blockbuster DVD rental , one of the largest and most popular rental sites, has indicated it intends to buy all the Blu-ray DVD is released.
He emphasized that still purchase and supply catalog backup DVDs to members and when Blu-ray versions of these films are released, I will buy and supply them.
You will need to find a DVD rental site that offers Blu Ray rental (not all do).
